Our residential designer was awarded the Vestavia Hills Beautification Award for his residence in May 2010.

Landscape Workshop celebrated its customers with a Beer and BBQ event at the Summit.

Landscape Workshop donated Hoover’s official Arbor Day tree for their 2010 ceremony. Landscape workshop employees planted an American Smoketree (Cotinus obovatus) on February 27, 2010. We were very proud to be a part of recognizing Arbor Day.

Below is a letter we received from a Loss Control Service Report.

“This letter is to confirm my onsite workers’ compensation loss control assistance visit to the Summit in February.

During my visit to the Summit, I observed a crew spreading fertilizer by hand for the shrubs. While on property I met with Dee and spoke with her about the safety precautions they were taking. I was pleased to see the appropriate personal protective equipment being worn by all three employees present. I found no safety recommendations for this visit.

I commend them for their individual efforts in promoting safe work practices.”

Landscape Workshop is dedicated to safety for their employees. Along with providing safety equipments and tools we conduct safety meeting monthly with all employees.

Landscape Workshop received 4 awards from the Alabama Nursery and Landscape Association for our work in the following categories.

Congratulations to our team!

Many Landscape Workshop employees attended the Gulf States Horticultural expo in January. The expo consisted of educational programs and a Trade Show. On going education and training is something we are proud to offer our employees.

Landscape Workshop celebrated with friends and family at our annual Holiday Party. The Adam Holt Band performed and was enjoyed by all.
